  6. It's 2 tablespoon of Split fenugreek seeds.
  7. You need 3-4 of Lemon.
  8. It's 1/2 teaspoon of Asofoetida.

Haldi Pickle step by step

  1. Peel wash and slice raw turmeric. Pat it on kitchen towel to remove the water completely..
  2. Heat mustard oil in a pan on smoking point. Reduce flame and let it cool down..
  3. Add Asafoetida in it and stir for a while..
  4. Now add salt and pepper, mustard seed powder and fenugreek seeds powder in it. Mix well..
  5. Add raw turmeric slices into the pan. Mix well and switch off the flame..
  6. Add lemon juice in it. Mix well..
