- In a bowl, whip the cream with an electric beater for 2 minutes..
- Add vanilla essence to the whipped cream and whip for one minute..
- Now add powdered sugar and whip again for 1 to 2 minute. Then add boiled milk to the mix and stir everything really well..
- Let the ice cream set for 2 hours in the freezer. After 2 hours, take out the bowl and whip it for another 3 to 4 minutes..
- Pour the mixture in a plastic container and deep freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
